Our family takes pride in growing pesticide free hot peppers for our line of delicious jams, jellies and sauces.
It is important to know what is in the food you are eating. Our recipes have a few select ingredients, and modern canning techniques allow us to naturally preserve that flavour for you!
What started as a hobby and a fun way to teach our kids about our family's "roots" has developed into a passion to produce small-batch jams, jellies and sauces for you to enjoy.

Sliced fresh Jalapeno peppers, pickled with apple cider vinegar, spices and a simple syrup create this unique sweet/sour/spicy condiment.
It is full of sweet red bell peppers direct from our garden! In keeping with our theme, there is a whisper of Habanero to complete the flavour. Can you taste it?
This uniquely delicious mustard sauce is created with a base of sweet and hot banana peppers, mustard and honey. This year, the mustard is red, due to the abundance of red banana peppers from the garden.
All of our jam and jelly recipes are made with the same base ingredients: sugar, vinegar and pectin (a natural product made from the peel of citrus fruits and from apples that aids in setting jams and jellies) If you have any ingredient questions about our other products, please ask.
